Four 8,000' wells were drilled in the same field by one Operator, using the same rig. Two wells were drilled utilizing a mud system without TORKease, encountering significant tight hole, stuck pipe, and other related hole problems.
TORKease was incorporated into Wells C and D, with significant improvements in drilling rate and hole conditions.
The addition of TORKease eliminated stuck drill pipe and fishing problems; increased penetration rate by as much as 35.9%; reduced rotating hours by as much as 35.4%; reduced rig time days by as much as 41.9%; significantly reduced overall well cost. Four subsequent wells have been drilled using TORKease, without sticking and with no loss of drilling time.

Only TORKease remains stable and decreases torque in our geothermal slim-hole, diamond coring operations where existing formation temperatures
exceed 500°F
-New Mexico
Without TORKease on location to provide lubrication for our high temperature geothermal exploration tests, we shut down!
-Hawaii
If you improve TORKease any more, it will be so slick we won’t be able to keep it in the bucket!
